Question by peezy: samsung notebook wont boot and goes to black screen with blinking underscore?
I have samsung notebook with windows 7 on it. when i start the computer it loads the bios and then it goes to a black screen with a white blinking underscore in the top left hand corner. What could be the problem and how can i fix it? This is my friends laptop and im trying to help her out.
